Associates of Otolaryngology was founded in 1967 by Dr. Paul Dragul and Faces First opened in 1992. Dr. Picerno joined Faces First in 2000. Dr. Cote arrived in 2010 with experience after a 13 year career as a surgeon in the US Army.
