Cell Phone Policy

To better serve our patients, please turn off or silence your cell phone when you are in patient care areas and during your visit with your provider to accommodate best communication without disruption.

If you need to make a call while waiting, please let the front desk know that you need to step outside to make a call.

FacesFirst policy prohibits video or audio recording in our office. Accordingly, you agree not to photograph or record. Any recording made in violation of this agreement shall become the sole and exclusive property of FacesFirst and shall not be used or disseminated by you.
