Kerry has worked closely with Dr. Picerno since 2004. Originally serving as a Patient Care Coordinator, Kerry learned how to assist patients through their initial consultation with Dr. Picerno and their facial cosmetic treatments. Kerry has created strong relationships with numerous clients through the years and provides a positive experience for all. She goes above and beyond to ensure every patient she meets feels welcomed and educated about their cosmetic goals. Kerry specializes in Botox, Dysport, and dermal fillers. She is also certified to perform laser treatments such as the Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), skin tightening and resurfacing, laser hair removal, facial and leg veins, and lesion removal. With over 25 years of experience in the medical field, Kerry’s passion for the facial cosmetic industry is evident through her contagious smile and exceptional service.

Kerry and her husband are Colorado natives and avid hikers, mountain bikers, and backpackers. When she’s not at work, Kerry can typically be found living the outdoor life that Colorado has to offer.

Nadia is a medical aesthetician at FacesFirst and has 8 years of experience in the aesthetics industry as well as 14 years of being a medical assistant.

As a licensed professional, she specializes in skin treatments such as facials, microdermabrasion, microneedling, dermaplaning, specialty chemical peels, laser hair removal, and other laser treatments.

Nadia has a passion for skincare and loves developing relationships with her clients. She enjoys consulting and connecting with her patients about their skincare goals. One of Nadia’s specialties is customizing her clients’ skincare and recommending the appropriate products to meet their routine needs while enhancing their natural appearance, helping them look and feel their best.

Additionally, Nadia is always continuing her education so that she can be up-to-date and provide the best skin care and laser treatment for her patients.

In her free time, Nadia loves to dance, practice yoga, and cook. She also loves spending time with her yorkie!

Julie has been in the plastic surgery medical field for the past 25 years. Her journey has come full circle as she started her career at FacesFirst over 23 years ago and was excited to rejoin the practice in the past few years. Throughout her background, she has attended multi-specialty cosmetic conferences that has allowed her to stay up to date on the latest and greatest cosmetic procedures. Julie offers a knowledgeable and compassionate approach to our facial cosmetic surgery patients. She enjoys helping navigate the aesthetic surgery process and serves as a liaison between patients and Dr. Christopher Cote.

In her free time, Julie loves traveling with her large family and spending precious time with her two granddaughters.

Tisha’s began with FacesFirst in September 2021 as a Front Desk Coordinator. While in this role, she greeted patients and helped with their scheduling and skincare needs. Shortly thereafter, Tisha was promoted to Dr. Picerno’s Patient Care Coordinator, and now assists patients throughout their cosmetic journey. Dr. Piceno’s cosmetic surgery patients will have the opportunity to meet with Tisha, who will walk them through the surgical process, provide support, and educate them from their first consultation to their last postoperative visit!

Tisha is also a licensed cosmetologist with a passion for skincare and loves to assist our patients in developing a custom skin care regime.

In her free time, she enjoys attending concerts and backpacking with her two pugs!

Monica first joined our practice in 2014 as a certified medical assistant with the goal of obtaining clinical experience in preparation for PA school. She was accepted into the Wichita State University Physician Assistant Program and after a few years she completed her training, graduated in 2017, and returned home to Colorado.

Over the course of her time with FacesFirst, Monica became a BioTE provider through the influence and guidance of her supervising physician, Dr. Nicolette Picerno. Dr. P, as she is affectionately called, is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and the American Board of Facial and Reconstructive Surgery, as well as a certified BioTe provider.

Monica is a dedicated provider and a great example of our practice’s many success stories. She now practices as a certified physician assistant, specializing in both otolaryngology and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy through the guidance and direction of her supervising physician.
