Kerry has worked closely with Dr. Picerno since 2004. Originally serving as a Patient Care Coordinator, Kerry learned how to assist patients through their initial consultation with Dr. Picerno and their facial cosmetic treatments. Kerry has created strong relationships with numerous clients through the years and provides a positive experience for all. She goes above and beyond to ensure every patient she meets feels welcomed and educated about their cosmetic goals. Kerry specializes in Botox, Dysport, and dermal fillers. She is also certified to perform laser treatments such as the Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), skin tightening and resurfacing, laser hair removal, facial and leg veins, and lesion removal. With over 25 years of experience in the medical field, Kerry’s passion for the facial cosmetic industry is evident through her contagious smile and exceptional service.

Kerry and her husband are Colorado natives and avid hikers, mountain bikers, and backpackers. When she’s not at work, Kerry can typically be found living the outdoor life that Colorado has to offer.

Nadia is a Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Specialist at FacesFirst and has 8 years of experience in the aesthetics industry as well as 14 years of being a medical assistant.

As a licensed professional, she specializes in skin treatments such as facials, microdermabrasion, microneedling, dermaplaning, specialty chemical peels, laser hair removal, and other laser treatments.

Nadia has a passion for skincare and loves developing relationships with her clients. She enjoys consulting and connecting with her patients about their skincare goals. One of Nadia’s specialties is customizing her clients’ skincare and recommending the appropriate products to meet their routine needs while enhancing their natural appearance, helping them look and feel their best.

Additionally, Nadia is always continuing her education so that she can be up-to-date and provide the best skin care and laser treatment for her patients.

In her free time, Nadia loves to dance, practice yoga, and cook. She also loves spending time with her yorkie!

Katherine is a highly experienced Medical Aesthetician with over 20 years in skincare and medical aesthetics. She brings a deep understanding of advanced skin treatments and a passion for helping patients achieve healthy, radiant, confidence-building results.

Before joining FacesFirst, Katherine built a loyal following in the Denver area through her results-driven approach and exceptional patient care. She specializes in comprehensive skin rejuvenation using advanced technologies such as RF microneedling, IPL, laser resurfacing, chemical peels,  and corrective acne treatments for all ages and skin types. Known for her meticulous technique and genuine connection with patients, Katherine creates personalized treatment plans that blend clinical precision with artistry.

In addition to her hands-on expertise, Katherine has served as an esthetics instructor, training future professionals in advanced exfoliation, acne management, and client communication. She continues to stay ahead of industry advancements through ongoing education and collaboration with dermatology and facial plastic surgeons.

When she’s not in the treatment room, she enjoys any time her adult son will give her.  Being a Colorado native, she loves all things outdoors,  skiing, rafting, hiking, camping, dirt biking and most recently, fly fishing!

Julie has been in the plastic surgery medical field for the past 25 years. Her journey has come full circle as she started her career at FacesFirst over 23 years ago and was excited to rejoin the practice in the past few years. Throughout her background, she has attended multi-specialty cosmetic conferences that has allowed her to stay up to date on the latest and greatest cosmetic procedures. Julie offers a knowledgeable and compassionate approach to our facial cosmetic surgery patients. She enjoys helping navigate the aesthetic surgery process and serves as a liaison between patients and Dr. Christopher Cote.

In her free time, Julie loves traveling with her large family and spending precious time with her two granddaughters.

Christy is Dr. Picerno’s Patient Care Coordinator, bringing over 25 years of experience supporting patients through every step of the cosmetic surgery process.

In her role, Christy will guide patients from their first consultation through surgery planning and all postoperative visits, answering questions, providing education, and offering support throughout the entire cosmetic journey. She is passionate about creating a high touch, welcoming experience, and helping each patient feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their decision.

Outside of work Christy enjoys cheering on her son who plays college football as well as enjoying all the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer. You can find her working out, enjoying live music, attending classic car shows and playing with her Weimaraner.

Monica first joined our practice in 2014 as a certified medical assistant with the goal of obtaining clinical experience in preparation for PA school. She was accepted into the Wichita State University Physician Assistant Program and after a few years she completed her training, graduated in 2017, and returned home to Colorado.

Over the course of her time with FacesFirst, Monica became a BioTE provider through the influence and guidance of her supervising physician, Dr. Nicolette Picerno. Dr. P, as she is affectionately called, is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and the American Board of Facial and Reconstructive Surgery, as well as a certified BioTe provider.

Monica is a dedicated provider and a great example of our practice’s many success stories. She now practices as a certified physician assistant, specializing in both otolaryngology and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy through the guidance and direction of her supervising physician.
